1. About MockSmith

MockSmith is a digital exam preparation platform operated by MockSmith, London, England. We provide practice questions and mock examinations for the CISI UK Financial Regulation exam. Contact us at support@mock-smith.com.

2. What You're Buying

When you purchase access to MockSmith, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access our digital question bank and exam simulation tools. Access is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to any third party.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. The current price is £29.99 (including VAT where applicable) for lifetime access. Prices may change for new customers at any time, but existing access will not be affected.

4. Refund Policy

By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access to our digital content and expressly waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As digital content is delivered immediately upon payment, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at support@mock-smith.com and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use MockSmith solely for your own personal exam preparation. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any questions, answers, or content from the platform. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract content from the platform by automated means.

6. Disclaimer

MockSmith is an independent exam preparation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). Our question bank is designed to support study and is not a guarantee of exam success. We make no warranty that the content reflects the exact current syllabus or exam format.

7. Limitation of Liability

MockSmith's liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for access. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to failure to pass any examination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
